In the afternoon, leave for Sweetwater’s sanctuary home to abused and orphaned Chimpanzees ad also the only place you can see the last remaining Northern white rhino in the world.

The conservancy has a great number of wildlife including all the big five animals; elephant, rhino, lion, leopard, and buffalo) among other games. The conservancy also has a special sanctuary that shelters several rare and endangered species including the black rhino, Grevy’s zebra, Jackson’s hartebeest, and Chimpanzees.

Thereafter, proceed to Amboseli National Park to arrive in good time for a game drive to explore the Amboseli ecosystem with a backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro clearly seen in the evening hours before sunset and early morning before sunrise.

After breakfast; leave for Tsavo West National Park to arrive at the Lodge in good time for lunch and rest. After rest, head for an afternoon visit to Mzima spring; a beautiful oasis of four natural springs in Tsavo West National Park. The source of the springs is a natural reservoir under the Chyulu Hills. Mzima Springs is a wonderful place to observe the circle of life. Hippos, crocodiles, and turtles congregate in spring-fed pools. Fish-spearing birds in turn eat dung-eating fish. And so one feeds the next in the food chain established by the hippos that consume up to 45 kg of grass every night.

After breakfast; leave for nearby Tsavo East National Park. You will arrive in good time for lunch and rest. Afternoon, head for a game drive. The Park is home to most of the larger mammals, vast herds of dust –red elephant, Rhino, buffalo, lion, leopard, pods of hippo, crocodile, waterbucks, Lesser Kudu, Gerenuk, and Hirola. The prolific bird life features 500 recorded species.
